FITGIRLGLAM EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

 

IN AN EFFORT TO BETTER SERVE YOU AND ALLOW YOU TO TRACK YOUR EXCHANGE, A NEW EXCHANGE PROCEDURE HAS BEEN PUT INTO PLACE. PLEASE READ!!

 

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:

FitGirlGlam will gladly accept your return for a store credit within 7 business days from the day you receive your package. Once your exchange has been received, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the garment purchased only.  Shipping Costs are not included.  

You may immediately use your store credit to order the item you wish to receive. This procedure allows you to see when your exchanged item has shipped and receive a tracking #.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send their exchange back to FitGirlGlam and for re-shipping of exchanges.

 

 *** ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY FINAL SALE ITEMS!! ***

Returned items must meet these requirements: 

  • Returned within 7 business days of receipt of your order.
  • In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.
  • Accompanied by your original invoice or your Order # and First and Last name on the order.

 **If your exchange does not meet the above requirements for any reason, your original item will be sent back to you and you will be charged a return shipping fee**

 

Non-returnable items include (exchanges and / or store credit not accepted):  Shape wear and corsets with thong attachment.

 

To ensure your package does not get lost, make sure to keep your tracking number when returning to FitGirlGlam.  Signature required is not recommended as it only slows down the process of delivery back to us.

Shipping Info

All orders will be processed within 24  hours of your order being placed and payment received. Your order can take up to 1-2 business days to be shipped. Once shipped, you will receive your shipment 3-7 days from the date shipped.  

** Please note orders are generally shipped out before time frame listed above**

 

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and USPS International Priority Mail (international shipping rates will apply). Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you with your tracking number. You may track your order via usps.com.

FitGirlGlam is NOT responsible for items once delivered to address listed. If special instructions are needed such as Signature Required please be sure to inform us on the "Orders Instructions/Comments" box when paying for your order.  If special shipping instructions are not given your order will be sent via priority mail without a required signature for delivery. please note a service charge maybe required for some special instructions, if so, you will be contacted for payment.

Express shipping is available for an additional cost. If interested in Express shipping please list it under the "Orders Instructions/Comments" box when paying for your order.  If express shipping is available for your item, an invoice will be sent to you for the difference in shipping payment. Express shipping does not require a signature when delivered. If a required signature is needed please be sure to specify when placing your order.
